www.moneybroker.ca was created by Christine Xu, Mortgage Broker, AMP (Lic. M08000638)
and branch manager with Argentum Mortgage and Finance Corporation (lic.11892). Christine Xu has been
working at financial industry in Toronto since 1990. She first worked
at retail banking, and later moved to become an investment Advisor in
1993. In 2000, she became one of the first Mandarin-speaking mortgage agents
in Toronto. She was later a partner and founding member of LendingDirect
Corporation, a Toronto mortgage brokerage firm. With her knowledge
of Canadian banking, investment, great local network of bankers,
lenders and wealth of experience of the industry, Christine has
helped thousands of clients to obtain mortgages and loans and to
achieve their financial dreams. Christine has received many awards
from different financial institutions in recent years.
Christine graduated from University of Toronto
with a B.A. degree in Economics. Before she came to Canada in 1989,
she studied at Nanjing Normal University majoring in English Language
and Literature. She is an active member in local communities. For
the past ten years, she serves on the Board of Directors for the
Chinese Professional Association of Canada (CPAC), an association
with over 28,000 members in Toronto. She is a Trustee of Education Foundation of CPAC. She is also on the Board of
Directors of Canada-China
Realty Professional Association (CCRPA), etc. She has been invited as a
Guest Speaker in many different investment seminars and contributes to
many newspaper articles on the topics of mortgages and loans. She is also a Volunteer Award receipient in 2007.
